This nationally recognised, Ofqual regulated qualification gives learners the skills and confidence to deal with real workplace emergencies calmly and correctly.

Delivered over one full day (6–7 contact hours), the course covers casualty assessment, CPR, AED use, choking, severe bleeding, shock and minor injuries, along with the legal responsibilities of a workplace first aider.

Ideal for low-risk workplaces, small businesses, sports clubs, community groups and employers who need to meet their duties under the Health and Safety (First-Aid) Regulations 1981.

On completion, learners receive a Level 3 Award in Emergency First Aid at Work (RQF) certificate, valid for three years.
