This Ofqual regulated qualification is designed for those responsible for the care of infants and children, providing the knowledge and practical skills to manage medical emergencies calmly and effectively.

Delivered over two days, the course focuses on recognising serious illness and injury, responding appropriately, and providing safe, effective first aid until further help arrives. It ensures learners meet current regulatory and safeguarding expectations.

Suitable for nursery staff, childminders, school staff, early years providers, sports coaches and those meeting EYFS requirements.

On completion, learners receive a Level 3 Award in Paediatric First Aid (RQF) certificate, valid for three years.
